This page explains the information Rankaris currently handles on its public site and waitlist flow. It is intentionally limited to behavior that is visible in the current product.
What information Rankaris currently receives
If you browse the public site without signing in, Rankaris serves public pages such as the homepage and learn pages.
If you choose to sign up or join the waitlist, Rankaris currently uses Clerk for authentication and stores the account email needed to identify your account and process the waitlist request.
- Account email address
- Basic profile details returned by Clerk, such as first name, last name, and profile image when available
- Waitlist enrollment details tied to your account email
- Timestamps used to record account activity and waitlist creation
How the information is used
The current product uses this information to sign you in, keep your account record in sync, and prevent duplicate waitlist entries.
Rankaris may also use the same account information to contact you about early-access status, onboarding, or product updates related to the waitlist.
What Rankaris does not claim here
This policy does not claim use of analytics, advertising, or third-party data brokers because those uses were not verified in the current codebase.
If additional tracking, integrations, or data-sharing behavior is added later, this page should be updated before those changes are relied on publicly.
Data storage and providers
Authentication is currently handled through Clerk. Account and waitlist records are stored in the application database used by Rankaris.

Requests and updates
Rankaris is still in an early-access stage. As the product matures, this policy should be expanded with retention details and any new operational tooling that affects personal data.
